Greatly enjoyed our 2 nights here. Its location was great, down to the water front. Didn't like when it was cold outside, went to Frying Scotsman to relax and grab some food.

The rooms are comfortable with all the essentials and the staff are welcoming. They offer a kettle, tea, coffee, and a seating area. It has magnificent, ideal setting, very close to town centre and racecourse, beach and busstop and the restaurant after a couple of beers in the public bar area.

That hotel was in a marvellous location, close to the harbour. Besides, we were just off the buses, the beach and the bus straight into Edinburgh and the pub and restaurant.
